Apartment Information
We provide a comprehensive service for living and renting in Germany. We will send you all the information you need to make an informed decision about available apartments, completely free of charge.

You can then check the details of the accommodation and decide if you want to proceed without any costs or obligations on your part.

Booking
After you have found the accommodation of your choice, you need to sent your documents and make the payment of the month's first rent.

You can conveniently pay with all majors Credit Cards (Master, Visa, American Express, JCB), Apple Pay or PayPal. All payments are secured. You receive a payment confirmation instantly.

We offer a money-back guarantee in the event that the apartment is not available any more in the meantime.

Move into your new home
We will send you the address of your new apartment and once you move in, you can pay the deposit directly to the landlord, with the assurance that the first month's
rent is already taken care of.

You will be provided with the landlord confirmation ("Mietgeberbescheini-gung") and all other papers needed for police registration ("Anmeldung")
